Metal protective conduits from FLEXA with an outer coating are a specialized group of corrugated pipes made from profiled steel strip, covered with plastic or another functional material. They combine the high mechanical resistance characteristic of metal constructions with additional environmental protection and properties specific to a given application - e.g., resistance to flames, UV radiation, oils, or compatibility with hygienic or electromagnetic standards.

The conduits are produced using single- (S-profile) or double-folded (Agraff) strip technology, which ensures exceptional resistance to tension and crushing while maintaining flexibility. Helical versions are used in special applications (e.g., sensor technology, medicine).

Depending on the model, the coatings are made of PVC, PU, PA, or silicone - with properties such as:
