The Bimed hygiene line has been specially designed for environments where cleanliness and ease of cleaning are key. Thanks to the appropriate selection of materials and geometry, these products meet the requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and aseptic production sectors, offering high protection against contamination.

 

Characteristics of Bimed hygienic products

Hygienic design
The products have smooth surfaces, no gaps and minimal transitions, which prevents the accumulation of contaminants and facilitates cleaning.

FDA-compliant sealing inserts
Food-grade elastomers are used in glands and bushings, allowing for safe use in production lines.

Material: stainless steel
All components are made of stainless steel (probably AISI 316), which ensures resistance to corrosion, cleaning agents, and extreme environmental conditions.

High tightness: IP68 / IP69 / NEMA 4X / 13
The components are designed to provide complete protection against the ingress of water and cleaning agents, even under pressure.
