ILME Contacts

( number of products: 98 )

ILME Contacts are the fundamental components responsible for conducting current and signals in rectangular connector systems. They are available in male and female versions, for crimp, solder, screw, or PCB mounting. The range also includes specialist contacts, adapted for pneumatic, fibre-optic, shielded signals, and high-current transmission - up to 300 A.

Characteristic features of ILME contacts

Wide current range
Contacts for currents from 1 A to 300 A are available, which enables selection for both small signal loads and main power circuits.

Diverse manufacturing technologies
Contacts are available in the following versions:

  • turned - e.g., silver-plated, gold-plated, tin-plated, made of CuNi alloys
  • stamped - cheaper, intended for standard applications

Supports many wire cross-sections
Contact variants support wires with cross-sections from 0.05 mm² to 95 mm², in the AWG 28–0 range.

Compatibility with different types of inserts
The contacts fit into standard and modular inserts (e.g., MIXO), as well as special frames like JEK (for PCB boards) and JEI (for medium-load applications).

Specialist functional contacts

  • Pneumatic: for compressed air transmission
  • Coaxial: for RF signals
  • Fibre-optic: for data transmission in industrial conditions
  • PE / ground: different lengths, allowing for controlled connection sequences

Applications of ILME contacts

  • power and control systems in automation and electrical engineering
  • machinery, food, energy, and railway industries
  • modular connectors and non-standard integrations (e.g., signal + power + medium)
  • special applications - shielding, EMC, optical or pneumatic transmission
