Bimed Pressure Compensation Products
Bimed offers a wide range of pressure compensation components designed to protect electrical and electronic equipment operating in variable environmental conditions. These products provide effective venting, condensate drainage, and pressure equalization, preventing moisture accumulation and extending the service life of equipment.

Various mounting options
Both classic ventilation plugs and cable glands with ventilation function are available, allowing for simultaneous cable routing and pressure compensation.
High sealing classes
The products offer IP65, IP66, IP68, and IP69 protection ratings, allowing them to be used in applications exposed to water, dust, and pressure cleaning.
Plastic, brass, and stainless steel variants
- Plastic: PA6 (UL94 V0/V2) - chemically resistant, lightweight, economical
- Nickel-plated brass - for greater mechanical durability
- Stainless steel - for aggressive environments and outdoor applications
Drain function (drain)
Special drain plugs enable active drainage of condensate from inside the enclosures – available in plastic and metal versions.
Special models with burst feature
Selected variants (e.g. ARSD, ARVSD, VSDAR) have overpressure protection, which protects the enclosure from damage in the event of a sudden pressure increase.
