Energy Chains

( number of products: 6 )

Cable chains are systems designed for routing cables in places where they are exposed to dynamic bending, moving, and tensioning. They provide mechanical protection for cables, prevent them from tangling, and prevent damage resulting from friction, kinks, or excessive slack. They are used wherever cables must move together with the working parts of machines - e.g., in the axes of machine tools, robots, cranes, or lifting systems.

What distinguishes the cable chains we offer

Wide variety of sizes - widths from several to over 200 mm, heights up to 80 mm, various bending radii, and arc lengths.

Wear-resistant materials - mainly polyamide (for lightness and flexibility) and aluminum (for stiffness and thermal resistance).

Environmental resistance - ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (e.g., –40 °C to +135 °C).

Possibility of dividing space - internal accessories allow cable routes to be organized in several chambers, with cable separation.

Compatibility with mounting and guiding accessories - including handles, brackets, guides, and mounting ends.

Applications of cable chains

  • CNC machines and machining centers
  • industrial robots, cranes, feeders
  • production and transport lines
  • wherever dynamic routing and protection of cables in motion is necessary
