Pflitsch blueglobe brass - cable gland
- Brass gland by Pflitsch from the blueglobe series. It has good vibration resistance and provides gentle strain relief over a large area. Metric thread, sealing insert made of TPE, IP68/IP69 ingress protection rating.
Pflitsch blueglobe brass
Brass cable gland from the Pflitsch blueglobe series. The gland provides gentle relief over a large area, good resistance to vibrations and a wide range of seals. The component is easy to identify. It has a metric thread, a sealing insert made of TPE material and a ingress protection rating of IP68 (up to 15 bar), IP69. Operaring temperature range of the cable gland reaches -40 ... +130 degrees Celsius.

Globemarker (from size M20)
A = sealing range without inlet
B = sealing range with inlet

In case of a large cable diameter remove the inlet. To do so, push the screwdriver in vertically and lever out the inlet.

For optimal gland assembly, we recommend using the PFLITSCH SSG socket wrench.

Tighten the pressure screw so that the sealing insert is flush with its upper edge. Do not exceed the maximum permissible tightening torque. Note: Lower torques are permitted. This applies both to the installation situation with an inner thread and to through-holes with a lock nut.

If the cable is installed with an inlet in the sealing insert, the globemarker has to be outside or removed to guarantee IP 68.
