Size 77.27, male type, standard insert made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). This material allows the components to withstand higher temperatures than standard in industrial applications. In the case of the presented product, the operating temperature range is -40…+180°C. It also has a V0 flammability class according to UL94. The insert is also equipped with 16 contact fields + PE and contacts made of silver-plated copper. It is also has a stainless steel protection plate. The conductor cross-section that can be used is 0.5 - 4 mm² (size 20-12 AWG). The degree of protection that the product can achieve in the housing is IP65. The insert can work with a maximum current of 16 A and a voltage of 500 V. The rated impulse withstand voltage is 6 kV. The product owes its characteristic brown color to the used thermoplastic material.

Due to the increased resistance to high temperatures, the presented insert is especially suitable for installation in places located near heat sources such as: ovens, moulds for thermoplastic or rubber moulding, moulds in foundries, paint booths etc.
