PFLITSCH Wire-tray-Trunking is characterised by an open, easy-to-manage cable layout. The design is safe, very durable and corrosion-resistant. Installation is simple and requires few tools and connectors. The system is easy to clean and well ventilated, which prevents heat build-up. High-quality wires up to 6 mm thick are used in production, joined using a special welding technique, and their ends are chamfered to prevent damage to the cables.
Wire-tray-Trunking is available in various sizes and shapes, including mini-trays (from 40 mm x 20 mm to 65 mm x 30 mm in U and L shapes and flat) and GKX series trays (from 53 mm x 46 mm to 620 mm x 110 mm in U, G and C shapes). Available material versions include galvanised steel, AISI 304 (1.4307) stainless steel and AISI 316L (1.4404) stainless steel. The 1.4404 material is acid-resistant and particularly suitable for the food industry. The shape of the tray can be easily adjusted at the installation site by cutting off unnecessary wires and creating bends, corners, steps or reductions.
Accessories include roof or flat covers (also available in full protection variants with side covers), cable separators, bending radius limiters (protecting e.g. fibre optic cables) and universal mounting plates. The fasteners are designed to minimise horizontal surfaces, preventing the accumulation of dirt and cleaning fluids, which guarantees easy access for cleaning with a high-pressure jet or foam. In addition, roof covers facilitate the drainage of cleaning fluids.
