Characteristic features of ILME inserts
Crimped inserts
Inserts for crimped contacts. They enable pre-wiring and provide a durable, vibration-resistant connection. Ideal for serial applications and wherever assembly precision and quality control are important.
SQUICH® quick-connect inserts
Based on a patented spring mechanism with a button. They allow for quick, tool-free wire connection by pressing a button, which significantly reduces installation time and simplifies maintenance.
AXYR® quick-connect inserts
A system based on push-in technology with the option of easy wire removal with a lever. AXYR® combines the speed of tool-free assembly with the convenience of subsequent servicing – without the need for tools to release the clamp.
Screw inserts
Traditional screw inserts with high contact clamping force. A tried-and-true and universal solution that permits multiple assembly and disassembly of wires with a screwdriver.
Spring inserts
A standard spring system activated by a tool (e.g., a screwdriver). It maintains constant contact pressure and works well in environments with elevated vibration levels or changing temperatures.
