Flexa RQGKZAE-M

The Flexa RQGKZAE-M conduit connector is a compact solution designed for ROHRflex systems, offering protection (IP68/IP69K) and resistance to harsh operating conditions. Equipped with a PA 6 plastic body and a metric external thread made of nickel-plated brass, the connector enables quick, tool-free installation thanks to FLEXAquick®-Progress® – easy connect technology. The snap-in sleeve with a built-in contact spring ensures effective EMC shielding and secure cable fastening. The product operates in a temperature range from -50°C to +120°C and meets the requirements of EN 45545-2 (HL3) and NFPA 130 standards.



Connector features

  • rational tubing assembly due to one-piece connector with push-in lock for corrugated tubings with coarse and fine profile
  • the integrated Progress® EMC easyCONNECT cable gland ensures full installation control and compensates for tolerances in the shield thicknesses for secure shield tapping
  • the spring system enables good and secure shield contact both with partially stripped shielding cables and with fully exposed cable shields
  • free of silicone, cadmium and halogen
  • self-extinguishing
  • high torque of thread connection
  • optimal held and sealing of cables at the same time
  • REACH and RoHS compliant
  • the sealing insert of the tension load complies with EN45545-3 with E30 classification
