Ilme CX 01 YAF

Female angular modular insert that can withstand a maximum current of 200 A and a voltage of 1000 V (rated impulse withstand voltage of 8 kV). The polycarbonate module was introduced to the market by the Italian company Ilme in order to expand the potential of the MIXO series. It is a module designed to minimize installation space requirements. The product has the size of two modules and a screw (M6 x 16 mm Torx T30) angled (90°) terminal connections for the attachment of a tubular cable-lugs (DIN 46235). A specially designed insulating plate, apart from saving the space required for the installation of the insert, also prevents accidental contact of conductive elements. Each cable lug can be disconnected without removing the silver-plated contact. The kit also includes: a flexible M6 washer (to be used under the bolt head), a flat M6 washer (mounted under the lug).

The insert can operate in the temperature range of -40...+125°C, has a flammability class V0 in accordance with UL94 and with the use of a suitable enclosure it guarantees IP65/IP66/IP68/IP69 degree of protection (IP20 without housing).
