Milling
Soyter Components, apart from a wide range of products, offers a number of additional services also, among which the milling of industrial enclosures deserves the greatest attention. We can precisely adapt the offered products to specific customer requirements, regardless of whether it includes simple or advanced milling of the enclosure for an developed device. We have broad experience backed up by many projects of different complexity.
Basic information:
- The cost of preparing sample milling: PLN 150 - 300 (depending on the project mechanical complexity)
- After making customer approved sample, the MOQ is:
- 10 pieces for aluminum enclosures
- 20 pieces for plastic enclosures
- Drawings must be submitted in DXF, DWG or STP and PDF formats. After initial consultations, we can also prepare documentation based on an individual template.
In addition to milling, we also offer other services, such as printing, varnishing or EMC protection by spraying with a special paint. Furthermore, we can also integrate a complete solution.
