EMC Enclosures For Electromagnetic Compatibility
ILME EMC rectangular connector housings are designed to ensure high electromagnetic compatibility in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to the use of conductive materials and special seals, these housings effectively protect against electromagnetic interference (EMI/RFI), both internal and external. Made of die-cast aluminum and equipped with steel closing elements, they offer high sealing (up to IP66) and resistance to harsh operating conditions. Their design allows for easy integration with existing systems without the need to modify the layout. EMC housings are available in various sizes and configurations, making them a versatile solution for many industrial applications.
Characteristic features of EMC housings
Effective electromagnetic protection
The use of conductive materials and seals provides high electromagnetic compatibility, protecting against EMI/RFI interference.
High sealing
The housings achieve a protection rating of up to IP69 (with the use of CKRH 65 screws), protecting against dust, water, and other external factors.
Durable materials
Made of die-cast aluminum with stainless steel elements, they guarantee a long lifespan and resistance to corrosion.
Easy integration
The design of the housings allows for their installation without the need to modify existing systems, maintaining dimensional compatibility.
Wide range of sizes
Available in various sizes, with different cable entry options (Pg, M).
