CKA Compact Enclosures

( number of products: 14 )

ILME CKA series compact rectangular connector housings are small (size "21.21") and durable solutions for industrial applications where reliability and space-saving are important. Thanks to their solid construction and high IP rating, they provide effective protection for electrical connections even in difficult environmental conditions. A wide range of mounting variants and cable entries allows for adaptation to various applications.

Characteristic features of CKA compact enclosures

Compact dimensions
Size "21.21" ideal for installation in limited space.

Housing material

  • MKA are made of die-cast aluminum, which provides greater mechanical resistance and better heat dissipation.
  • CKA, on the other hand, are made of a zinc alloy, which is a more economical solution and may be sufficient in less demanding applications.

High degree of protection
IP44 with the possibility of upgrading to IP66/IP67/IP69 (with the use of appropriate accessories, e.g., screws with CKR 65 seal), provides resistance to dust, moisture, and water jets.

Wide range of operating temperatures
From -40°C to +125°C, which allows for use in extreme conditions.

Variety of variants
Mounting, angled housings, with various types of cable entries (metric, Pg, NPT).

Applications of CKA compact housings

  • Industrial automation: Connections in control cabinets and production lines.
  • Robotics and mechatronic systems: Applications requiring compact and reliable connections.
  • Rail and railway transport: Power, control, and lighting systems in rail vehicles.
  • Machine construction: Integration in industrial machines, where resistance to harsh working conditions is required.
  • Food and chemical industry: Applications requiring a high degree of protection and corrosion resistance.
